Easy Holidays Terms and Conditions |

1.

Transport to and from the holiday package destination is not included. |

2.
|
All packages are based on twin share, unless otherwise stated. |
|
3.
|
All package nights must be taken consecutively. |
|
4.
|
All prices quoted for children and/or extra adults are based on sharing with two adults. |

5.
|
All rates are valid at the time of printing, however are subject to change without notice. |
|
6.
|
Should a deposit or further payment not be paid by the due date, the booking may be cancelled without notice. |

7.
|
Easy Holiday Inn Pty.Ltd. trading as Easy Holidays, its directors, their successors and assignees, together with employees and servants shall not be liable whatsoever for any death, illness, or injury to any person or damage to or loss of property sustained by any party while travelling to or from any holiday destination, nor while engaged in any of the component activities of the package holiday. |

No refund can be made for any inclusions not utilised where such inclusion was reasonably available |

|
All Easy Holidays vouchers are non-replaceable under any circumstances. |

10.
|
Deposits
on bookings are non-refundable. They are, however, reusable once only
on the same holiday or another Easy Holidays booking, providing that
i) Easy Holidays is notified a minimum of two weeks prior to the original arrival date. ii)
You rebook and stay within 6 months of the notification of change date
iii) The price and availability of the holiday at the time of rebooking is accepted |

The exact deposit as quoted by the sales consultant must be paid within the specified time. Refunds of overpayments will incur an office handling charge of $10. |
